This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and to file Charge Sheet in First Information Report in Crime No.475 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that final report was already filed on 29.05.2017. He further submitted that R.C.S. Notice was also served by Registered Post to the petitioner.

4. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the Criminal Original petition is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
