Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent/Corporation submits that the petitioner's suspension was revoked on 20.01.2018.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsistence allowance has not been disbursed. 5.The respondent/Corporation is directed to disburse the subsistence allowance amount forthwith to the petitioner and without any further delay.

6.Recording the submission of the learned standing Counsel for the respondents/Corporation and the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
