The petitioner is a retired Leprosy Inspector. Complaining of pay anomaly and seeking to set it right, a representation was given on 28.06.2016 by the petitioner. The second respondent is the forwarding authority while the first respondent is the competent authority. Till date, the second respondent has not forwarded the same to the first respondent. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed.

2.The second respondent is directed to forward the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2016 forthwith without any delay to the first respondent.
