Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.S.THESIGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDRAJ, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant praying to intervene in the anticipatory bail petition filed by the respondents 2 to 6 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17035 of 2016. 2.This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the respondents Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17035 of 2016, vide order dated 26.10.2016 and subsequently, the petitioner herein has filed Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11999 of 2016 seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail order, dated 26.10.2016.

Since the parties have filed a compromise memo stating that the matter has been settled between them on terms, the said petition was closed on 15.06.2017 recording the settlement. But, it was not brought to the notice of this Court about the pendency of the intervening application and therefore, the intervening https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

application was not closed and it is still pending unnecessarily. Hence, this petition is listed today.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the parties have no objection in closing the said petition.

4. In view of the above and also considering the fact that the matter has already been settled between the parties, this petition is closed.
