O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his brothers under the guise of enquiry based on the second respondent's complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The petitioner states that the second respondent is the wife of the petitioner and she deserted the petitioner. It is further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the second respondent is living in her parents house for more than 20 years and that the complaint was given just to harass the petitioner. It is further stated that the respondent police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) however on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the second respondent was enquired and closed. He further submitted that there is no harassment and there is no scope for further enquiry.
