ORDER

The revision petitioner /plaintiff filed this revision to direct the Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi, to dispose of the Petition in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.62 of 2000, pending on his file, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that already predecree passed in the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2000. To amend the predecree passed in the suit, the said I.A.No.1 of 2021 is filed by plaintiff since his mother died in the year 2018.

4. Since the matter is pending from 2021, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi, to dispose of the I.A.No.1 of 2021, pending on his file, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
