ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to secure / arrest the accused persons in Crime No.121 of 2016 dated 29.03.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent within time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the accused has obtained Anticipatory Bail and surrendered as per the direction of the Court and the accused has also complied with the condition, as directed by the court, while granting the Anticipatory Bail.
