This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.58 of 2014. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3.Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.58 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
