Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents1 and 2 to issue admit card to the petitioner (L.R.Sonal) (Application No.190410415652) to undertake the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (U.G) for the year 2019 and declare the results there of.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent 3.

2.The writ petitioner applied for issuance of a hall ticket for writing NEET examination to be held on 05.05.2019. The writ petitioner's grievance is that the admit card is yet to be issued. The petitioner could not download the admit card even though application was submitted. The Hon'ble Delhi High Court was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considering a similar situation and granted relief to the candidate in WP(C) No.4328 of 2019 dated 25.04.2019.

3.I am of the view that the very same order can be followed in this case also. The Hon'ble Delhi High Court gave a direction that the petitioner therein can be given one more opportunity to pay the requisite fee by way of demand draft made in favour of National Testing Agency payable at Noida. The petitioner therein was also directed to pay an additional cost of Rs.10,000/- to the said National Testing Agency with the remittance of fee. 4.This Court therefore directs the writ petitioner to take two demand drafts. One for the fee amount and the other towards the additional cost of Rs.10,000/- both drawn in favour of the second respondent and to be despatched today itself (29.04.2019) by way of speed post.

The second respondent is directed to issue the admit card to the writ petitioner based on the petition mentioned application without any delay so as to enable the writ petitioner to write the NEET Examination to be held on 05.05.2019. 5.This writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
