ORDER

The petitioner is having civil dispute with his brothers who are shown as respondents 3 and

4. The petitioner has filed a civil suit against them and an interim order against alienation has also been granted. This is said to be the trigger point and the respondents 3 and 4 are said to have engaged henchmen to attack the petitioner. In this regard, the police have registered two FIRs.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection. I am afraid that it is not physically possible for the second respondent to provide a personal security officer for the petitioner herein. However, the second respondent is obliged to call upon the parties herein and ensure that the safety of the petitioner is taken care. If the petitioner's physical safety is endangered, the second respondent is bound to take strict action as per law.

3.With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
