ORDER

The revision petitioner / wife filed this revision to direct the Judge, Family Court, Trichy to dispose of HMOP No.229 of 2020, pending on his file within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent / husband has created some problems and also filed a petition after petition, to drag on the proceedings and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the case.

4. Since the matter is pending from 2020, this Court is inclined to direct the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the HMOP No.229 of 2020, pending on his file, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
