************* [Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY.,J.] The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.09.2020 and 27.10.2020, as expeditiously as possible and to take action against the illegal construction put up by the seventh respondent within a time frame. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the third respondent namely, the Assistant Commissioner, Ariyamangalam Zone, Trichy, filed a report, dated 20.10.2021, wherein, he has stated that as per the field inspection of the Junior Engineer, it was found that all the unauthorised construction put up by the seventh respondent were removed.
3.Since the seventh respondent had already removed the unauthorised construction put up by him, nothing survives for adjudication in Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
