Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3.The petitioner is employed in the respondent/Corporation. He got married to one Vasanthi. The said marriage has since been dissolved by order dated 19.12.2014 in H.M.O.P.No.147 of 2014, on the file of the Sub Court, Theni. The petitioner now wants to include the name of his present wife S.Annathai. Since the petitioner's earlier marriage with Vasanthi had been dissolved in the manner known to law, there cannot be any objection for including the name of the said S.Annathai as the petitioner's nominee in the Service Register.
4.The respondent is directed to include the name of his second wife S.Annathai as a nominee in the Service Register in the place of G.Vasanthi forthwith.
