ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR in Crime No.80 of 2024, dated 21.06.2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thattarmadam Police Station, Tuticorin District.
2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already the case has been elaborately investigated and filed final report before the Trial Court on 25.11.2024 through online and the same is pending for consideration.
4. Since this petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.80 of 2024, dated 21.06.2024 and thereafter, the first respondent conducted investigation and filed final report, it is for the petitioners to take appropriate steps to challenge the final report as there are some allegations to constitute the offence 2/4
as per FIR. In view of the same, by preserving the liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
