O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is submitted that a complaint was given against the petitioner by one Siluvaipitchai who is in abroad. It is in these circumstances, the third respondent, namely, the driver of the Inspector of Police, Manavalakurichi Police Station, Kanyakumari https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District, stated to have harassed the petitioner by calling over phone.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to the first respondent/Superintendent of Police, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil. The first respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and take appropriate action as against the third respondent, in case if the allegation stated by the petitioner is true.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original petition is closed as it is submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated.
