O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking to quash the charge sheet filed against the petitioner in Special Case No.2 of 2007 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate -cum- Special Court, Tuticorin, in respect of Crime No.2 of 1999 on the file of the respondent police.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that out of 14 witnesses, 10 witnesses have been examined.
3. In such view of the matter, this Quash application cannot be maintained at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed without prejudice to the defence raised by the petitioner before the Trial Court.
