ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J.) This Petition is filed to suspend the execution of the sentence passed in Spl.S.C.No.109 of 2019 against the Petitioner/appellant by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District, dated 17.2.2023 and to enlarge the Petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.The reasoning stated by this Court while dismissing the earlier petition filed by the Petitioner for suspension of sentence will hold good. Hence this Petition stands dismissed.
