ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.06.2025 and 27.10.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner belonged to LMS Church. There was a litigation between the LMS Church and CSI Church. The civil litigation ended in favour of the CSI Church. However, the said CSI Church, without filing an execution petition to implement the Civil Court decree has approached the revenue authorities and the police and had forcefully taken possession from the LMS Church and given it to the 2/5

CSI Church. But it is seen that the said act took place in the year 1998. At this juncture, the petitioner cannot seek any remedy due to efflux of time. But repeatedly this Court is directing the officials not to indulge in extra jurisdictional litigation. It is so unfortunate the CSI Church has taken over the possession without filing an execution petition. The attitude of the CSI Church is condemnable. The CSI Church should be a law abiding citizen. It is advised, in future CSI Church shall not indulge in such activities.

4. With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
