This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, submitted that the official respondents enquired into the complaint given by the 3rd respondent / defacto complainant and the same was closed as action dropped, since the proposed first accused did not appear for enquiry. As the complaint itself was closed, he would further submit that there is no harassment at the hands of the official respondents, as alleged by the petitioner.

4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
