ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294 (b), 323, 324, 506(ii) & 366-A IPC r/w Section 4 of the TNPHW Act, 2002 altered into Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) & 366-A IPC r/w Sections 5(L) and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 4 of the TNPHW Act, 2002 in Crime No.25 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner appears to be aged about forty years old. He is a married person and has one daughter, who is studying 12th standard. While so, he has induced the defacto complainant for having relationship with him.

4.This Court went through the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. It is no doubt that the defacto complainant stated that she voluntarily lived with the petitioner. But that will not mitigate the gravity of the offence.
