Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Learned Sessions Judge Mahila Court Pudukkottai in S.C. no.48 of 2013 by the Judgement dated 31.5.2016 and enlarge the petitioner/Accused on bail pending disposal of the above said Crl.A.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4367 of 2016 in Crl.A.(MD).No.194 of 2016, dated:17.06.2016.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Since there is no adverse remarks, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
