When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of G.O.(Ms)No.456 Revenue and Disaster Management Department dated 20.09.2023 rejecting the petitioner's request. When a speaking order has already been passed, the 2/4

When the matter has become infructuous, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
