Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner`s representation dated 02.11.2020 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Social Science) in the 3rd respondent school from 01.06.2015.
