O R D E R
The present writ petition is filed for a mandamus seeking survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that there is rival claimant and hence, police protection may be necessary.
3. In view of the same, the respondents shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimant and in the presence of the parties, the respondents shall survey the land and demarcate the same. If any police protection is necessary, the Tahsildar may seek the same. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. W.M.P. (MD) No.4692 of 2026 is ordered. No costs.
