ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019 based on the relevant orders of the Government and All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner seeking refixation of the scale of pay, sent a representation to the respondents on 07.03.2019. However, the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is kept pending without there being any orders passed, which led to the filing of the writ petition with the above prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed by the first respondent.
5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
