ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the application for restoration of the C.M.A.(MD) No. 672 of 2021 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent is not remarried and she is maintaining two children.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it will more appropriate to hear this appeal on merits. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the appeal is restored on file.

5. Registry is directed to post the main appeal for hearing on 23.04.2026.
