ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit as against the first petitioner's younger son, one Artharkumar, several criminal cases are pending and in one such case, ie., in connection with Cr.No.45 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302 & 506(i) IPC, the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli issued Non-Bailable Warrant on 30.06.2017 and the same is pending. In order to execute the said Non-Bailable Warrant, the respondents police are enquiring the petitioners and there is no harassment at their hands, as alleged by the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as taking into account the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the first petitioner's son and also the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition at this juncture. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
