ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 435 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition/no FIR is pending as against the petitioners, but the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is pending against the first petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
