(Judgment of the Court was made by Mr.P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed to set aside the judgment and decree passed by the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, in H.M.O.P.No. 425 of 2017, dated 16.12.2019.

2.Earlier on 25.09.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, considering the submission made on either side that the joint compromise memo has been filed by the appellant and the respondent, this Court directed both the parties to appear before this Court on 03.10.2024. 3.Today (03.10.2024), when the matter was taken up for hearing, both parties are appeared through video conference stating that the petitioner/husband is unwell and he is unable to appear in person before this Court. The appellant and the respondent have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.11.2020 before this Court, duly signed by both the parties along with their respective counsel on record. On enquiry, before this Court, both parties have accepted the compromise entered into between them and filing of Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.11.2020. Hence, the Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.11.2020 is recorded.

4.The learned counsel on either side represented that the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal may be allowed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo entered into between the parties. Page No.2 of 4

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.11.2020 and the Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.11.2020 shall form part and parcel of this judgment. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
