This civil revision petition is filed to issue appropriate orders or directions to the Family Court at Nagercoil, to dispose HMOP No.631 of 2024 expeditiously within reasonable time.

2.Ms.Subipriya reports that after the matter was heard on 15.04.2026, the petitioner has been able to serve the husband at Singapore 1/3

on 04.05.2026. She states on 29.05.2026 the matter was adjourned awaiting the report of service. The case is said to be listed on 06.06.2026. 3.The only impediment standing in the way of the Court was the service of notice. As Ms.Subipriya reports that service has been completed on 04.05.2026, the learned Judge, Family Court at Nagarcoil, is requested to dispose of HMOP No.631 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
