ORDER
Seeking to direct the first and second respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that as on date no complaint is pending as against the petitioner and insofar as the earlier complaint, enquiry was conducted and closed.
3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. In the event of any complaint being received against the petitioner in future, action shall be taken only after issuance of summons under Section 64 of the BNSS to the petitioner.
