Heard Mr.S.P.Vijay Nivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondent.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner is working in the respondent Corporation as a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Driver. He submitted an application on 02.05.2017, seeking grant of loan. Till date, the respondent has not considered his application

for loan assistance. Hence this Writ Petition has been filed. 3.The respondent is directed to process the petitioner's loan application and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law on or before 28.02.2018.
