Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to Consolidated Mark List (CML) published by the 3rd respondent / TNPSC dated 25.02.2021 in so far as non-inclusion of the petitioner's register number 050004319 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to conduct Oral Test in reference to his register number : 050004319 for the posts included in the Combined Engineering Services Examination 2008-2020 vide Notification No. 18/2019 dated 29.05.2019 within the stipulated time specified by this Court. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Consolidated Mark List (CML) published by the 3rd respondent / TNPSC dated 2/5

25.02.2021 in so far as non-inclusion of the petitioner's register number 050004319 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to conduct Oral Test in reference to his register number : 050004319 for the posts included in the Combined Engineering Services Examination 2008-2020 vide Notification No.18/2019 dated 29.05.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that a batch of writ petitions came to be filed, challenging the said selection process for the several posts initiated vide Notification No.18 of 2019, dated 29.05.2019 before this Court and the this Court dismissed the same, by order dated 04.10.2023. Pursuant to the same, the 3rd respondent has issued a G.O.Ms.No.100 dated 18.11.2023 relating to the final selection process and the appointment orders have also been issued.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, nothing survives in this writ petition. 3/5

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
