2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.809 of 2016, dated 19.01.2016 for permitting the petitioner to put the signature before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m., instead of 10.00 a.m.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m., until further orders. sd/- 29/01/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
