Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the disability pension since from October 2010 as per revised pension scheme issued by the Governmentof India vide Circular No. 1/(13) 2012/D (Pen/Policy) dated 17.01.2013 with arrears and interest based upon the Petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2014.

The Contempt Petition is prosecuted for non-compliance of the order dated 11.02.2018 in W.P.(MD)No.2292 of 2015, in which a direction had been issued to the Respondents to consider the representation dated 02.11.2014 made by the Petitioner and pass orders thereon.

Learned Standing Counsel for the First and Second Respondents produced a copy of the order No.AT/PSB/VI/CNB/CPPC/2019, dated 27.05.2019 and 09.01.2020 passed by the First and Second Respondents respectively disposing the representation dated 02.11.2014 made by the Petitioner in furtherance to the order dated 11.02.2018 in W.P.(MD)No.2292 of 2015 passed by this Court, which are placed on record. Since the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that a copy of the same has now been furnished to him and he has acknowledged its receipt, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. If the petitioner has still any grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 4.

In the result, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed.
