Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 & 2 and their officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members against law under the pretext and guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 and their officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2021.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by one Rajaram, who is the petitioner herein, enquiry was conducted and in the guise of enquiry, it was found that only for the purpose of removing his name from the History Sheet, he has given such a complaint. On that ground, it came to be closed, on 04.08.2020. Since the enquiry has been closed, nothing survives for further direction or consideration and if at all, the petitioner is work out his remedy, before the appropriate forum through appropriate proceedings challenging the History Sheet, which is stated to be pending against this petitioner.

3. From the enquiry, it is also seen that when the officials initiated action under Section 110 Cr.P.C, summon was issued to the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner has indulged in creating trouble by abusing the Police Officials. So, as mentioned above, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum through appropriate proceedings.

4. With this liberty, this petition is disposed of.
