Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition-mentioned property.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader points out that the petitioner's vendor is shown in the name of Kottaiyur Nattar Receiver. It is further claimed that there is restraint order against transfer of patta.

4. I do not want to go into the contentious aspects. The petitioner has given an application before the third respondent. The third respondent shall pass a formal order on the petitioner's application and duly communicate the same. This shall be done by the third respondent within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
