Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner alleges that the mistake took place during UDR. The petitioner has already given a petition before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
