Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the first and second respondents and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the first and second respondents pointed out that C.C.No.270 of 2017 is pending against the petitioner on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the said Criminal Court for getting permission to travel abroad. The writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the writ petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
move the Jurisdictional Criminal Court. The Jurisdictional Criminal Court shall dispose of the petitioner's application on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the application. No costs.
