ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that there is some matrimonial dispute between the daughter of the petitioner and her husband. The husband and his father lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Though they are residing at Tenkasi, they lodged the complaint before the second respondent, who is having no jurisdiction and also harassing the petitioner and prayed a direction not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 3.On the side of the first respondent, it is stated that no petition is pending against the petitioner and no C.S.R. is registered.
