ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to regularise the petitioner's services from the date of his initial appointment and settle the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that requesting to regularise his services with effect from the date of initial appointment, he sent a representation to the 2nd respondent on 04.03.2019. However, no action has been taken on the representation of the petitioner, by the 2nd respondent so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court, praying for appropriate directions to the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed by the respondents.

5.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
