ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Prasanna Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi kumar Government Advocate (Crl.side ) for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.829 of 2022 on 21.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.(MD).No.829 of 2022 on 22.12.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calendar month.
