O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hand of the respondents 1 and 2. It appears that the third respondent had paid huge sum of Rs.13,00,000/- as advance for buying a property. Without selling the property to him, the property was sold to a third party. The petitioner herein is said to have acted as mediator. The respondents 1 and 2 had called upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry only based on the complaint of the third respondent.

2.If the respondents 1 and 2 want to enquire the petitioner, they will issue formal summons in writing. If the respondents 1 and 2 intend to implicate the petitioner in any FIR, they will intimate the petitioner in advance so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for appropriate relief. 3.With these directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
