When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners' request for disbursement of compensation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law and orders will be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. 2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
