O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's son by name P.Vinothkumar, aged about 31 years, was found missing from 12.01.2021, she has lodged a complaint before the first respondent police. Even though an F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.15 of 2021, so far no action has been taken to secure the detenu. Hence, present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing counsel appearing for the State, on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case in Crime No.15 of 2021, had been registered by the first respondent police, thereafter, the same was transferred to the file of the second respondent police and the investigation reveals that the detenu has gone to Bangalore. H.C.P.(MD) No.375 of 2021 3.We have enquired the detenu. He has stated that he wants to go with the petitioner/mother.

4.Considering the fact that the detenu was secured and he is willing to go with the petitioner/mother, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
