This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the false complaint of the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the third respondent's / de-facto complainant's complaint relates to a money dispute and the defacto complainant has agreed to proceed the matter before the concerned civil Court, since it is a money dispute. second respondent has closed the said complaint and there is no harassment at the hands of the official respondents, as alleged by the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is open to the third respondent / de-facto complainant to proceed with the matter in the manner known to law, if so advised.
