O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to implead the petitioner and the other legal heirs as parties to the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 4097749/2025/Aa6 dated 20.01.2026, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2026 and to pass final orders within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself, dispensing with notice to the fifth respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against him.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner and the fifth respondent are sister and brother. Besides them, there are other legal heirs Page No. 2 of 6
of the petitioner's father. The subject property originally belonged to the petitioner's father. After his demise, the patta was mutated in the name of the fifth respondent without the knowledge of the other legal heirs. Therefore, one of the legal heirs, namely the petitioner's sister, submitted an application to the third respondent seeking cancellation of the patta issued in the name of the fifth respondent and issuance of a joint patta in the names of all the legal heirs. Accordingly, the third respondent, after conducting an enquiry, cancelled the patta and directed issuance of a joint patta. Thereafter, the fifth respondent filed a review petition before the second respondent without impleading any of the legal heirs. Meanwhile, the joint patta was issued. Since the petitioner and the other legal heirs were not impleaded as parties to the enquiry proceedings, the petitioner has been constrained to file the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2026 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

Recording the above submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2026, afford an opportunity of hearing to all the joint pattadars, including the petitioner, on all hearing dates, including on 19.02.2026, which is stated to have been adjourned for enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All the issues shall be looked into while considering the representation. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
