O R D E R
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.208 of 2009 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.208 of 2009 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
