RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.3032/2022 dt 15.02.2022 in Cr.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and thus render Justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. EZHILARASU.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3032 of 2022, dated 15.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to some personal inconvenience, he is unable to comply with the condition regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition regularly. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending, the conditions may be modified. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 am., until further orders.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
