RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated herein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed that "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30000/- to the credit of the above said crime number No.146/2016 in Crl O.P.(MD) No.15802 of 2016, dated 01.09.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MATHIYALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.V.RAJARAJAN,GOVT.ADVOCATE(CRL.SIDE)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Crime No.146 of 2016 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15802 of 2016, dated. 01.09.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Muthavalli of Pallivasal and he is unable to arrange a sum of Rs.30,000/- as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.15802 of 2016, dated 01.09.2016 and owing to that, the petitioner has come out with this petition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Crime No.146 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.146 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
